Ingredients:
300 g pumpkin, 200 grams mushrooms, 100 g sauerkraut, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 large onion, water, 1 green pepper, 1 bundle parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped green thyme, 1 tablespoon red pepper paste, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Remove the pumpkin skin, shaving and mix with cooked mushrooms and sliced thin, mixed with finely cut cabbage, peppers onions, chopped onion, thyme, oil, salt and pepper, topped it with chopped parsley and serve immediately .
