Montignac Recipe-Green salad with chicken

Ingredients: 1 green salad, 300 g green beans, 3 tomatoes, 2 chicken breasts, 1 bunch parsley, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation: Wash the meat, season with salt and pepper, cut into small pieces and put side by 1cm on the grill or fried in Teflon to about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally;-Wash Separately , peel, cut in half on the broad and green beans in boiling salted water, drain and cool;-Place slices on a platter of lettuce, parsley, green beans and cut into quarters or sliced tomatoes; -
Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle everything with oil, possibly pepper.
